A representative from Liberty Home Clinic or a Case Manager will perform an initial evaluation to determine the appropriate treatment plan and the best facility for you or your loved one.
Upon acceptance, the Clinical Head or Clinical Director at Liberty Home will also perform an intake assessment.
It is important to note if any medications are required for the client.
Upon confirming your admission to Liberty Home Clinic, we will finalise your funding details and complete all necessary paperwork.
Liberty Home can assist you in arranging your travel, including flights, visas, and airport transfers. But it is not included in the package.
Upon arrival, you will receive a 90-day VISA for your recovery period. Should you wish to extend your stay, our team can assist with the necessary arrangements thereafter.
We are excited for you to begin your Primary Care Treatment in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. As you prepare for your journey, please pack a variety of clothing suitable for exercise, outings, and comfort. Keep in mind that during the winter months, temperatures can drop, so warm attire is essential.
Don’t forget to bring your personal toiletries and some spending money for excursions.
